Is it possible to raise a fully healthy and strong child on a vegetarian diet???????????????

Yes, it sure is. You need to study nutrition if you haven't already and make sure the child is getting all the nutrients he needs from the foods you feed him. My son has been a vegetarian for a number of years now, and he's healthier than ever before. He has told me that he had a friend who had to go back to eating meat because his protein level got so dangerously low, so he eats as much dark green stuff as he can.
