Before the End of Summer

Knowing that the month of June would be the start of the rainy season, I decided to pursue with the team building activity with the village secretaries even if I was not feeling very well due to my sore throat. I was afraid that if I will not force myself, it might not happen anytime soon due to other activities that we have in the coming months plus the fact that we cannot go to the beach during rainy season. The motorized banca that will carry us to the island was already at the shore when we reach the town. The secretaries and their families were also at the place and were ready to go. Everyone was excited as we started sailing. It was a 30-minute sea ride. We witnessed the beautiful sunset while traversing the sea to the island. We enjoyed setting our tents and cooking dinner. After sometime, we had our dinner, a short talk with the group and enjoyed walking in the sand. Early the next day, we climbed a trail to reach the light house. We were amazed by the beautiful view. We took pictures and we went down to join the group. This team building activity was one of the memorable activities that I had with my group in my current work assignment. Hello friends!
