Despite waking up early and getting just under four hours sleep according to my Apple watch, I finally made it to the lot. I've been productive though, getting a lot done. Not a lot a lot, but I didn't sit on my butt and do nothing.
George has had his med and I did a peg tube flush. He's watching t.v. right now.

Seven hours of sleep is recommended as a gold standard for most adults, but that doesn't mean it's right for everyone. On adverage I sleep four to five hours a night, with the occassional six to seven or the occassional less than four. It just depends on the day. My routines center around my husband and his needs. If he wants to be up until 3 in the morning, I am, too.

I hope you both had a good day and will have more sleep tonight, Again with the rain clouds here. I got my groceries today and was glad it all happened with no incidents.

I'm thankful for the rain, but I do enjoy the breaks.

I have things to do but not the inclination to do them. Tried to sleep and couldn't. Oh well.
