That is what my niece suggested that I eat those dragon fruits with a bit of honey rather than go through preparing dishes just because I do not like to eat them.
I find them bland and they could do well with a bit of sweetness around them. I will try that today but still hope to make that pudding I am planning on. There are four left.
Dragon fruits are rich in nutrients and that is one reason I want to eat them.

That sounds like a great idea from your niece! I actually love dragon fruit—especially when it’s naturally sweet and juicy. It’s such a refreshing treat. I haven’t tried it with honey though, so now I’m curious! Let me know how it turns out for you. And that pudding you’re planning sounds interesting too—might be the perfect way to use up those last four. Definitely a delicious way to get all those nutrients in!

I tried one with egg scramble and that I did not like Ice cream turned out super. Now let me see how the honey thing will taste and so also the pudding Will get back on that

@allknowing oh wow never thought it can be mixed with scrambled egg. Since i just ate it as is and raw as the fruit is.
