A country with 10 million out of school children in Africa

Poverty is forcing many kids out of school especially in countries in Africa. In Nigeria for instance, there are more than 10 million out of school children roaming the streets, sometimes hawking food to sell and get some money for their parents. The more the government tries to send them back to school, the harder it becomes for the parents to feed. It is such an uncontrollable situation.
