We Hit Friday!!

Yup, we have finally hit Friday. I have to say that I probably won't be online much today. I need to finish taking the notes from this educator book so I can get it back. After I get these notes finished then the real work comes in. The changes and programs I want to start. I'm facing the good ole boy system and everything is great the way it is so it's going to be an uphill battle. I did get a few orders finished this morning to get picked up this afternoon. I'm super happy about that. It was cutting it close to making me late for caregiving but I just made it. I even got the red, white and blue eagle started. Once that resin cures I'll see what will have to be fixed because the table I had it on was most definitely not level. Most of my house isn't but I didn't think it was that bad. It made a horrible mess that I'll take care of when I get home. We had the R&R meeting last night. I succeeded in getting some safety messages out there but for the most part I'm very limited in what I can do. That will change I hope in the future. I'll be finishing the practical over the weekend. The last thing I need to do is the lesson plan and then I can send it off. So I should be certified...if I pass...by the end of next week. Then I'll have a little more weight behind me. Not much but a little lol. I'll be going up to visit my dad today when I get off work. I get off work at 3 and we'll go up immediately after. They have now diagnosed him with the Whooping Cough and Influenza. We're still waiting on news about the blood clot. We're still not worrying yet. Once they get that figured out he'll be going over to a rehab center to help him start walking better. I'm hoping things will change in the near future. The sooner my husband finds a decent job, I'll go back to being a housewife and taking on EMS shifts when I can get them. I'll still work on my shop of course but it'll be easier. Dinner tonight will probably be open faced turkey sandwiches. That was supposed to be dinner last night but we ate on the go lol. Tomorrow will be better. When I get home finally tonight, I'll be getting a shower and reading. Just five minutes lol. Hopefully I'll finish the ARC tonight and tomorrow or Monday I can do the reviews that I need to get done. What is everyone else up to today?
