Good Sonday morning, myLot!

Good morning, all! Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. Miss my Dad. Crazy to think it's been 20 years since he passed. 
It's Sonday, and my computer clock says 7:20. I'm surprised that I'm up this early, as last night I didn't get to sleep until around 11 p.m. My body was charged up from all of the walks I took? Don't know.
I wish that when I had gone on walks yesterday that I had remembered to take my phone. I'm guessing that I got at least 7,000 steps.
Right now, I need to get breakfast and coffee. I'll walk to church later. When I get home from church, I'll take it easy.

It would've been twenty-two for my dad. twenty-five for my mom. I understand how you feel.
