Faith can move mountains!

I am a firm believer that faith can move mountains. The mind is the center of the nervous system, and it controls the body. That's why when you're unconscious, you don't feel anything.
In the medical profession, we have what we call the 'placebo effect' in which patients are given 'sugar pills', not genuine medications. Because the patient believes that it's medication, they become better. However, it's actually the brain that produces chemicals that can reduce the pain and the symptoms.
what about you? Do you believe in it? Why or why not?

I believe there’s truth to the power of belief and the placebo effect. Studies show that when people think a treatment will work, the brain can release chemicals that reduce pain and improve symptoms. Faith—whether spiritual or simply a positive mindset—can strengthen emotional resilience and support healing.
But belief isn’t a cure-all. Serious conditions still need proper medical care. Faith can move mountains, but sometimes we still need a shovel—and the right team—to help clear the path.

I do believe in the placebo effect.
And I know that mind over matter is a powerful thing.
So I believe that the mind can achieve much we maybe do not understand.
So if that means Faith can movemountains, then yes, I believe it
