C.J Mosley has officially retired from the NFL.
He was a free agent for the New York Jets when he announced his decision. It was also his 33rd birthday.
Mosley was a Baltimore Raven for five years and he made such a difference to our team. His three Pro Bowls were while he was with the Ravens.
He's retiring with 1,100 tackles, 12 saks, 12 interceptions, 10 forced fumbles, 9 fumble recoveries and 3 touch downs,
I commend those that keep track of these records lol.
He was an amazing Linebacker but injuries I think caught up to him. My personal opinion, not fact based.
I hope he enjoys his retirement though. Maybe he'll be a coach or announcer. That seems to be where some past players go.
As usual, my info comes from ESPN.

I hope so too. Most ex-players tend to go to announcing or coaching it seems
