Many changes, all at once

Changes can affect everyone differently. This month, so many changes have happened. I moved my family out of my parents house. We had been living there for 13ish years and needed to be on our own. My store director retired and Wednesday was his last day. He is the reason I have my job. And I hit a major milestone in my weight loss journey and reached 120 pounds down. I am extremely worried about the future but I am sure I will be fine. It is just a lot of changes all at one time.

120 lbs down is a really great achievement
Please make sure the weight does not come back on again.
Changes all at once can be a bit difficult to deal with, so take time with everything
I think moving out of your parents home is a good move - a family does need it's own space.

I am 40! It needed to happen. I had several medical issues that lead to me having to stay there. But things are better now.
