Today we celebrated the life of one of our village's local resident. This has only been the second "Celebration of Life" I have ever attended. I think this idea caught on when covid struck as many people didn't want to have big gatherings. So, when some one died, they would have a "Celebration of Life." Then later would have a burial service.
My husband have talked about what we want when we die, so as the living spouse can keep their word of how the other spouse wants it when they die. I have always said, that when I die I want it to be a party. When we are born and every year after we celebrate, so why should it be any different when we leave this world?
What do you think of the concept of "A Celebration Of Life?"
~Peace~
