Before I have many dummy emails for I was interacting to various earning websites. Each website has a different email addresses which I used to avoid confusion. They're all Gmails.
For business purposes, I maintain two email apps: Gmail and Yahoo Mail.
I find no problem about them. And I'm used to it and comfortable.
What about you?

I think we all need to create multiple email id for the purpose otherwise it get mixed up with personal mails

I'm using Gmail for my personal and business purposes. I have Yahoo mail but I'm not too active there and outlook.com.

I maintain GMail only.All the Gmail I recieve are from my from my friends living in other cities. My online activities are limited to only mylot. I'm not in social media

I have 4 emails addressed
No idea why.
Just do lol
None of them really specifically for anything so I sign up for things using all 4.
