Misunderstanding. / myLot

It just got worst within some seconds ago in my place of work.my boss and his driver was about going out on a business trip..and instructed me not to leave the office,that soon the customer care service officer will be around in a jiffy.and they left. After they left,I felt pressed and entered the toilet,all of a sudden,my boss came back with in 10mins,he was upset and felt bad that I left the office.when I came out of the toilet ,I found out that he has already let my superior knows that I violated his order and he should shortpay me.i tried to explain,but he didn't allow me to say a word...am confused now and I need y'all advice

Honestly, I would have held it until I was about to “go” where I sat. That may be what you did. And if that is what you did then that boss is unreasonable. Don’t get me wrong, going to the bathroom should be something you are freely allowed to do. But if my boss was like yours I would have automatically strained myself trying not to. And that’s not exactly a good thing.

Thanks for your concern.he should have try to call me before calling my boss..but to my greatest surprise,my superior replied to to him in a way that relaxed my mind..
