And I hope that this week would be better for everyone
It's past 9 AM and there is no sun out yet. So, it seems that this will be another gloomy day. I don't mind clouds but hopefully no rain. .
Last week was a good one. I started being more active around house, 5 minutes increase in my walk around the house and could take care of many light chores and some cooking too. And the best part was that I slowly started on the work front too
. Took 5 sessions physically and 2 sessions online with new parents. So, overall it was productive and makes me happy.
. I was also more in online space. The few naps in day time has come down to only one power nap that I generally take
.
I start to go to work from July first week. It would be only 2 hours to begin with . Going back to Yoga slowly every morning
.
So, I am happy being active. This week I have around 10 physical sessions and one online meeting with my peers before I go back to work.
I am looking forward to a better week.
and Monday was a good start
.
Hope all is well in your myLot corner
. Have a good week.
These flowers from my garden should make your day
Take care. I will come back in some time.

@arunima25 I love them! I have a bush/tree here that is 50-100 years old. This house is 165 years old and the bush is like a tree now and reaches over the first story of the house!

@kareng Oh! That's intriguing. I was not aware that they can last for so long.

It's Camelia.
Thank you. I am progressing well. It's 7 weeks over and the progress seems good on expected lines. Doctor said that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. And I have to be safe and slow for coming few months.

Very true! I am not supposed to do the tough asanas yet or sitting down on yoga mat. But I am continuing with whatever I can on my chair. Feeling good and hopeful that I would be able to do it soon as I could before my surgery.
