Indian street food! What's your favorite?

I've a few friends from distant countries. And we often talk about the cuisine and the local dishes that are popular. I have seen that the Indian street food is quite famous the world over. Some of the prominent dishes include pani puri, vada pav, samosa and bhel.
Have you ever been to India? And if you ever travel to India in the future, what is the street food that you plan to eat? Have you ever known the street food mentioned here? Do you get to eat them in your local restaurants or nearby places?

I am sure you will love it once you taste at least a couple of dishes. Indian street food is relatively spicy. That is why many people enjoy it. People even outside India, who visit here enjoy the food.

@LindaOHio Oh I see. We do eat outside at times. But that's only for a change. Not too often do we go out to eat.

Oh wow... Pav bhaji is my weak point. Though I'm not much into idli, or dosa. But yes, I like spung dosa. It's quite yummy.
