If i deleted my profile, how come i have a double account?

Some surveys are just weird. I was going to cash out, paypal address is correct but they suspect of a double account and won't let me cashing out.
I deleted my profile on this one survey site 2-3 months ago, returned again but that can't be a double account.
I am in shock while not being able to cash out. They are pushing this far and far. One other survey even saved my number.
I sent them an email but can't believe it. It's like you can sign up only once and only in this life. Crazy.

It may be because you are using the same email address. I know some sites have that rule; one account per email address. Maybe you have to resign from the site to get all your personal content deleted? Just a few thoughts. Good luck with getting it all fixed!

the rule wasn't pointed out or alerted me while signing up again but it could be, good thoughts you have. i worked hard for 5 euros but that's going down the drain, i suppose. thank you. i hope for a miracle but not so sure. thank you

If you used the same email or PayPal as before, their system may assume it's a second attempt at creating an account.

I hope you can get it all sorted out, My problems with two survey sites are I still have the accounts but they want verification by phone and I have no phone, The other sites verify me by my email,
