There are many historical monuments in India. they are called protected. They are protected by the Archaeological department of India. Sher Afghan tomb is one of those monuments. They are not sold to others. There are historical importance of those monuments.

If you are interested in historical monuments tourism and sites under ASI, visit Hampi if you have not. You can cover Badami and Pattendekal too. Hampi gives goose bumps and you really need few days at hand to explore the city well.
