Dead Day Monday

Mondays really trigger my ADD, because the laundry is a constant jarring interruption. I tend to put the load in the washer or dryer and then forget about it. I think I need a timer system because the noise from the washer or dryer isn't enough to snap me out of whatever I was doing. But maybe it's better this way, because back when the dryer used to buzz loudly all the time, it was a terror for my mental health and I turned it off. Maybe a reminder 10 minutes before the time is up to transition/end my work and switch back to laundry? Today has been spent diving between tasks like a crazy jackrabbit. Laundry, breakfast, take out the recycling after sorting it between paid and unpaid, then inventorying books - I'm in the middle of doing an inventory of all of my books in order to read the unread ones and get rid of a lot of them - Scripture copying, finally getting serious about it. More laundry. And then an OfferUp giveaway person responded to me, so in the car, on the road to pick up the item, then back home. Then I'm hungry, so eat dinner. Now I just remembered about the 2 myLot emails from this morning, so back here to deal with those. I feel like I'm operating on reflexes instead of higher mental functions. I have another appointment tommorrow that I have to get up at 4:30 AM for. Say a prayer for me. My life is going for chaos and disorder as I do one "impossible" task after another. Mountains gotta move.

Just slow down a little bit. It will all get done in time. I am bad about overloading my plate, so I know how you feel.
