In India there are kharif and rabi crops

July 1, 2025 2:07am CST
In majority of the farmlands the crops are grown in two halves of the year. They are called kharif crops and rabi crops. The mustard farms produce mustard during winter months. The farms look mustard yellow during these months. The mustard is used in the making of oil for cooking and also paste is used as spice. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/E-EA_Inro-8 https://www.youtube.com/shorts/cuPbXAIMnuY

Very beautiful yellow farmland. We seldom use mustard as oil for cooking. But it's common to use it as spice.
