The syringe attack in France

This thing probably happened 2 weeks ago but has received very little attention worldwide. roughly 150 people were attacked with syringes containing unknown substances at a music festival. Some of the victims reported feeling numb and even collapsed after the attack. Could this be another calculated terror attack?

No I do not think it was a terror attack I do not know what the motivation for the attacks were but I do believe the authorities there had ruled out a terror attack
