Do you go giddy for a gadget .....

I quite like the word giddy .... enough about that ... there seems to be a gadget for just about everything these days. I admit,I do like some of them and find them useful.... I'm thinking kitchen here .... slow cooker,microwave, soup maker, air fryer, potato masher, However , i do wonder if things are just a bit too gadget crazy these days.... what gadget do you think is a waste of time and money....and which is the best buy you ever made ....

Pie Maker Ordered one Used it once. Put it away Never used it again Too much scutter. Best buy, definitely the Pressure King Pro. It's a great appliance. It really does do everything and if you learn now it operated properly then it's a .just have gadget A good can opener is a .just. We have an electric can opener which even I can use.

I don’t use can openers very often ….but I have got a good one.

@traceyjayne A good corkscrew is a must but a garlic press I find to be quite otiose - just bang the garlic with the rolling pin.

I agree about the corkscrew. I use garlic purée as I don’t use it often.
