As many know, I am a BTS ARMY (BTS fan). One of my favorite songs in their discography is "Not Today". The lyrics of the song go like this:
"All the underdogs in the world
A day may come when we lose
But it is not today
Today, we fight!"

It talked about resilience, courage, and determination despite setbacks and seemingly insurmountable odds, to keep running forward and consider the difficulties as challenges to turn you into the best version of yourself.
This song kept me going in times of discouragement and hopelessness. If I want to give up, I say, "NO, NOT TODAY!"

I keep listening to music. In fact there is always something playing in the background in the house. And I have songs for every mood and situations. 
My daughter used to be a BTS Army. Now a days she is into Stray Kids.
