I forgot to tell you about Stanley the Seabass …

`A friend of The Mister goes fishing regularly and sometimes offers us fish. Up until now it’s not been possible to have them but last week we were home and The Mister was able to go and meet him on his way home and collect a fish.
He said he had a Seabass, which happens to be a favourite of mine and Moms. The Mister has never tried it.
Anyway ….not so much a Seabass …as a whale !
My days the thing is huge !!!
Mom is great at filleting it, although it did take a while.
As we didn’t get it til later in the day it had to go in the freezer , but we will be having it tomorrow night with some jersey royal potatoes.
Really looking forward to it.

@Ineeddentures checked with Mom ....as it is so big ....oh eerrr matron ! ....she will just put a tiny amount of oil on it.

I am …it’s been a long time since I last had Seabass…and never had a freshly caught one before.
