I think my bladder is being dramatic. The past two or three nights, I find myself making the same little journey, trip to the loo every two hours! It's like clockwork that I am awaken everytime. I should start counting it as exercise at this point. Anyone else feel like their night is divided by bathroom breaks? And why is it only at night time?

This is part of winter. It does not happen during summer.

Ugh - yes - this happens to me too. I am finding that it happens when I know I have had too much sugar/high carbs that day. Also I find that it happens less IF I eat dinner earlier (we often eat pretty late). Someone else told me it happens with age, but we're not aging, right ?

You’re not alone.. nighttime bathroom trips are a common struggle! It can be due to fluid intake before bed, aging, or even how our body handles hormones at night
