We actually overslept.

Normally, I've been pretty good about getting up a little bit before George and getting our days started. However, despite getting a full night's sleep again, I wound up waking up and getting up the same time he did. It put me a bit behind on the things I had to prepare, but I got them done and George's no worse for wear. I still think I could've done without the three am cleaning session. But.... here we are. Yep. He tried to go to bed around 1, but around 3 asked me to clean and change his drain sponage. Apparently it was feeling uncomfortable and causing him pain. Once we accomplished that we both slept through the night.

Oversleeping has wrecked many of my days Quite often. Ok at least twice every week But getting a good night's sleep is important, even if that is after 3am

Sometimes I oversleep, especially when I'm too much tired. It's necessary, I think.

Given we had nothing critical to be ready for, you're right. We could afford it.

@FourWalls That's true. While medicine is a thing, our bodies are a self-sustaining self-healing well oiled machine that knows what to do. If you ignore what it tells you long enough, it'll make the decision for you.

@kaylachan — they say you can’t, but I think your body says otherwise. When you’re tired, you “conk out.”

That's just what I thought this morning when I got up. Funny, I didn't have a list of things waiting on me.
