Idler's fate

Today's scripture reading taken from
Doctrine and Covenants 75:29.
"Let every man be diligent in all things. And the idler shall not have place in the church, except he repent and mend his ways."
Everyone goes to Chutch biut does nothing. He listens to homily, attends Sunday school but becomes unproductive.
What does it mean?

If you don't repent and mend your ways you have no right to be in church. I see many people that go to church but do not act like Christians.

I'm a Hindu and go to the temple everyday. I try to make myself a better man .

I love to hear that. We do have temple but it's far from us. We just schedule in going there.
