Today's scripture reading taken from Doctrine and Covenants 76:1. It reads "Hear, O ye heavens, and give ear, O earth, and rejoice ye inhabitants thereof, for the Lord is God, and beside him there is no Savior." So as with Acts 4:12, which says, "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." There's no one who can save or redeem man from his sin except the atoning sacrifice of Jesus. What can you say?

Amen. A bit confused, though, when you say "Doctrine and Covenants". There are no books in the Bible that I know of by those names/that name.

Only the living and on and only God can save, and that is Jesus.
