Since I switched over from Xfinity to AT&T, my computer has been doing a bunch of weird stuff--mainly freezing after I first get on every time I try to go to a different website or something. This morning after starting and restarting and deleting things via the Control Panel and such, I gave up and went out on the patio and read for a while.
Now I'm back in here, and so far the computer seems to be working. 
I had kind of a late breakfast, so I'll likely have a later lunch. It's 11:53 by my computer clock, and I will now do something else--whatever that may be.
