Hi everyone! Does anyone here still watch Taiwanese dramas? I know in my first post I said I’d mostly be sharing about K-dramas and K-pop, but today I want to talk about one of the original Asian boy bands — F4! They were formed during the filming of the Taiwanese drama Meteor Garden, which became a massive hit all across Asia. They were so popular, especially here in the Philippines. Back then, we didn’t have social media, so if you wanted updates about them, you had to watch entertainment shows — even the news would talk about F4 because so many fans were eagerly waiting for any updates! Just recently, I saw a post on TikTok about an F4 reunion in Taiwan, and it made me feel so nostalgic. It brought back so many memories. Before the K-pop wave really took over, F4 was the group that captured everyone’s hearts — especially in the Philippines. I can’t upload a picture right now, but if you’re in Asia — especially in the Philippines — you’ve probably already seen them all over the news and social media.
