These days hardly countries teach biological diversity. In India the state fish of the state of west bengal is the hilsa or ilish fish. It is called silver wealth. The fish is the most tasty fish. The fish has extra fish oil and eggs. There are different ways of cooking the fish and eating them with rice.

That fish looks like fresh tuna steaks. Do they filet those fish too or is it most common in steaks?

yes vikingswest filet of the fish are also available. Only thing is there are some bones also in the fish. For making the fish boneless first work is done and then they can be sold as filet. Yes tune is also a lovely fish i love them
