Could the Air India crash have been pilot suicide?

We all remember the commercial aircraft suicide in Germany about 10 years ago. A commercial pilot crashed his plane into the mountains, killing himself and everyone on board his aircraft. It appears that pilot suicide may have been involved in the recent Air India crash involving a Boeing 787 airliner. The WSJ and others are reporting that two difficult-to-manipulate fuel cut-off switches may have been turned off shortly after takeoff in India. They may have then been turned back on, by which time it was too late. What is your theory as to why that 787 crashed India? Had you read/seen about the "suicide" hypothesis? I'll attach a pilot video that seems pretty solid to me.
