Be prepared

Today's scripture reading is taken from Doctrine and Covenants 78:7. And it reads "For if you will that I give unto you a place in the celestial world, you must prepare yourselves by doing the things which I have commanded you and required of you." The Lord has commanded us to obey so as to be ready to be in the celestial world. The Lord simply said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." Are ready for that?
