Do you struggle with negative thoughts too or it's just me? Every day I battle negative thoughts . I fear my own thoughts What I did yesterday is to focus on finishing my works quickly so Intrusive thoughts won't slip I also make sure I keep my mind busy in my devices by playing games or watching videos. Im glad to be here today

Many times however being grateful and thankful helps me to come out from negative thoughts.

What sort of thoughts are you having? There is a difference between a bit of negativity creeping in And actually fearing your own thoughts.

Mostly anxious thoughts like I won't be able to sleep, I'm always nervous, I might collapse while I'm outside like those

You’re not alone in feeling this way—many carry these thoughts quietly, often without anyone else knowing. What you’re doing—staying focused, keeping your mind busy—is a gentle form of care. Sometimes the goal isn’t to silence the thoughts, but to soften their grip. Thoughts can come and go like weather—strong one moment, passing the next. And through it all, there’s something steady in you that chooses to keep going, even when it’s hard. Just being here today means something. That quiet courage? It counts.

Thank you for encouragement. I just keep going and sometimes just ignore it. And yes I don't tell anybody and if I tell they don't really understand

@averygirl72 There is nothing wrong with sharing your feelings with someone you trust. Sometimes, having an outlet for these emotions is necessary, as keeping them bottled up can overwhelm you and potentially make the situation worse over time. Releasing these feelings allows you to validate your emotions and ultimately provides relief and a sense of clarity.

you are doing the right thing. Focus on what you can do so you can eliminate those thoughts. It is not to have those thoughts

Hi Aubrey... It's nice to see you again here... I also have negative thoughts sometimes, or most of the time, but I just distract myself with other things...

@averygirl72 That's one of the reasons I came back here - I can read and share some thoughts with other myLotters.
