She Slipped and Succumed: What?!?

A sad piece of news made the locals in my city feel bad. To cut the story short, the locals are blaming the city mayor for not suspending the class of junior and senior high school level the day before yesterday due to non-stop heavy monsoon rain. Because of this, a grade 7 girl student died. According to the story, she slipped and succumbed right there and then. A young soul died so soon.
Would you mind offering prayers for this young girl?

@Ineeddentures So far, there are no news about the City Mayor. But he ordered to cancel the classes of kindgarten to senior high school level today.

I agree. A few days back, I told my young niece not to go to school despite no suspension posted by the city officials. In my discretion, it is not safe for her to go out due to strong wind and rain at that time. It is better to be safe than sorry in the end.
