Let's welcome August 1st

It seems like just a dream when we celebrated the new year, and now we are almost facing 2026. After this month, we will embrace the "ber" months to mean almost December. September, October, and November end in "ber", so whether we like it or not, 2026 will take over 2025, and I hate it. Why? It seems I haven't accomplished many good things. I have not achieved my dreams, which I cannot disclose here. We all know that 2025 has many disasters like forest fires, plane crashes, ferocious floods, earthquakes, war, and disasters at sea. Foremost, the prices of commodities do not go down. In my humble opinion, what we would have in 2026 will be part of 2025. It seems they will have a strong connection. It is crucial for those who live on the rock bottom may not be able to sustain, hoping I am wrong.

I’m sorry you are going through such a difficult time right now. While there might not be time to change everything in the months before 2026, you can can get a good headstart. I have total faith you can work things out for the better with your intelligence and hard work.

@AmbiePam, this year my elder sister passed away at the same year my sister in law passed away. It breaks my heart. My business offline isn't doing well, the Internet, is always aching problematic and more which I face squarely.

The life is like a tide. Sometimes there is an uphill and sometimes there is the downhill.

@youless, that's so true and we cannot predict. Let's just ride the tide of hope through our resilience as we navigate our lives on earth.

Yes, it's August 2 now, as I am replying to your discussion. Indeed, time flies so fast. Indeed, it's the 'ber' months next month. Christmas is right around the corner..

@Jenaisle hoping to feel the cool air during Christmas. I will start to buy Christmas gifts next month while the prices are still cheaper In December, prices of everything might double or triple.

@cacay1 True. I use to eat less whenever it's Christmas and New Year because holiday sickness and diseases is scary.
