Garbage Truck Delay again

Good Day I woke up at twelve in the morning to throw out the trash. But I just took a shower and slept for two more hours. It was about six in the morning when I took out the trash. But it was lunchtime and the garbage truck still hadn't picked up the trash I took out. This is where I'm annoyed because it seems like they've gone back to the way they were before and we're not a priority again. The street here is a main road. They don't bother waiting for people to throw out trash or for stray dogs to destroy the trash. I'm just venting my frustration because it's not a good look to have trash lying around outside all night. But I can't ignore it because sometimes the garbage truck comes early. Have a nice day
