While some dishes can take days to be ready wine takes the most time. We have made wine from cashew apple, grapes, goose berries, The first layer of fermentation takes around 21 days and the second layer including cleaning will take nothing less than two to 3 months and the best wine is when it is kept in storage for months or even sometimes years.
