Another Ancestry Find!

So, as I mentioned yesterday (or maybe the day before…time is a blur when you’re deep in the family tree rabbit hole), I’ve been doing some history digging on Ancestry.com. I’ve found all kinds of old pictures and documents. It’s like Facebook stalking, but everyone is wearing hats and nobody’s posted in 100 years. Anyway, today’s treasure is my dad’s parents’ marriage certificate. My grandpa is definitely dead, and my grandma… well, she’s in what I call “Schrödinger’s Grandma” territory. She could be alive, she could be gone—no one knows. I have zero contact with that side of the family, and the one relative I do talk to is equally clueless. Family mysteries are fun! But hey, still thought this was pretty cool to find. History is neat, and it gives me something to post about when my brain is as empty as a ghost town in a Western movie.
