What is sleep?

So I logged off hours ago and got ready for bed, and then didn't really get any sleep.
I dozed for a little while on and off. But no real sleep and now here it is, almost five am and it's going to get light before too long. So lovely.
At least there isn't a whole lot going on today, and I should be able to sleep.
It's payday, not for here obviously but for my real job. Monday is the usual day- but payroll had some sort of technical difficulties, so hopefully they have it fixed.
Anyway maybe I'll get a couple hours sleep. Cross your fingers.

Vitamin B12 might help with regulating your sleep patterns. Not medical advice, just thought I'd put it out there.
