Today I had to see one of my friends off. He was to leave by train. We both went to the station.
The train had arrived. The stoppage was five minutes.
He took his seat and waved to me. A few seconds later the train started moving.
Just then a man came rushing and before any one could stop him, he tried to board the moving train, but the onlookers skipped a breath when they saw the man lost his grip on the compartment's handle and slipped.
Suddenly a policeman ran and caught his hand and dragged him on the platform.
The train had left. And people were scolding the man for risking his life.Had the policeman been a second late, he would have died.

That's stupid of him. He deserves to be scolded the whole day until he came to his senses and never to do it again.

He was badly scolded by people and the policeman. The policeman even slapped him.

Oh my goodness, why do people take such risks…..surely there would be another train he could have caught later …..yes, he may have been arriving somewhere late ….but at least he would be arriving alive !

Thank you, my friend People who do these things are careless. They reach the station late when the train is leavingm. In a hurry to catch the train they lose their life. Imagine, if the policeman had not saved him, he would have been cut to pieces.
