Converge is Not Really a Good Internet Provider

Update on this Post: August 8; our internet connection was back and everything is resolved. Thanks. I don't know if the company is bad, or the employees are bad. We've been contacting them since July 11 about our on and off internet connection, until it completely went out for almost 2 weeks now, and their customer service keep telling us that they will send a technician since July 11, and it is August 6 alreadym and no one is coming. They are bad, really bad. Converge is not a good internet provider, with a bad customer service. Anyway, we canceled the technician appointment coz we thought the internet connection was back, but we lost internet connection again, and since July 11 they have never sent anyone to fix it. I feel bad, terribly bad. We pay our dues, I just hope they give us the right service. Do you had the same dilemma with yout internet provider? What did you do?

Most of the providers have their advantages and disadvantages you'll just have to choose the lesser evil

I think you are right. After all the dilemma and an everyday stress call with their customer service, they already fix it now.

Are there alternatives where you live? Do you have a place you can report them to, like our "Better Business Bureau"?

Nope! You just need to call them everyday, or just unsubscribe, lol! But I am happy it is okay now.

Really? I thought they are better than Pldt... Hmmm That's what happened before with our Pldt... We usually don't have internet connection and we had to report it everytime. The last time we were disconnected, they didn't come here to check for about two weeks so we just decided to have it cut. And now we're on prepaid... I think it is a better choice.
