Do you believe in Rapture?

Okay I somehow believe in rapture. When I'm still a Catholic I knew little about it but when I became Born again I always come across this term. People will disappear and God will take the Christians and leave the rest I can actually research about it if I'm not sure. Maybe you can help me too I find it unsettling. So how can we be sure that we'll be raptured?
