So, I went to Registry of Deeds (RD) at Quezon City today to have my mortgage release for the condominium I just finished paying. It feels surreal but the one thing that surprised me was that all I thought was that it was a simple process. BDO admin office showed only three steps and I did not know it actually involved paying some amount of money. So, that surprised me. Let alone, I had to come back on September 24, 2025 to get my Condominium Title again. So, which means it's either I'll have to ask a favor for someone to get it on that exact date or that I have to wait for another year to claim. That's because i am leaving the country by August 21. Phew! A sigh of not a relief. By the way, almost everyone there was friendly and nice. So, there. What can you say?
