We have in our midst a totally new Peppie. Peppie that stays home day and night.
It is just like any one who is retired Earlier he would just come for food, rest a bit and would be out the whole day and night
He is past six years and probably that age makes him to be less active.
The only active thing I see is when he keps asking for his favourite fish - morning, noon and night
We cannot guaranee we can please him but at the moment we are able to get some fish for him.
Happy he is retired.

Sounds like Peppie has entered his “gentleman of leisure” stage—trading in his wandering days for the comforts of home and a steady supply of his favorite fish. At six years old, a male cat is no longer the energetic young hunter he once was. Many cats naturally slow down around this age, becoming more territorial about their home and preferring familiar spaces over long adventures. It’s a mix of maturity, comfort, and a little bit of “why bother? ” wisdom that comes with age.
His constant requests for fish aren’t unusual either—cats often become more food-focused as they age, especially when they know they can charm their humans into delivering the goods. Still, it’s a good idea to keep his diet balanced (too much fish can sometimes cause nutritional issues) and encourage light play to keep him healthy. A few short play sessions with a feather toy or laser pointer can help maintain his muscles and keep his mind engaged, even if his days of roaming the streets are behind him. In his eyes, he’s not “slowing down”—he’s just enjoying his well-earned retirement.

There is always a bowl of dry feed that is packed with nutrition for him to have but he hardly goes there He has his curds and now suddenly he wants milk.
Only hope he will soon start on that dry feed

@allknowing I guess he knows what he likes as a 6-year-old cat. I think he's mature enough to decide what he really likes to eat.
