Weird ad

I was sitting here, after watching a video on YouTube. Then there came an ad... Let me back up and ask if you watch those McDonald's ads where they don't really say the name, but they do a whistle version of their old jingle? So, this ad. There is tropical background and water. It is a deodorant ad for the Old Spice ad. Nothing weird... until the end and they do that whistle version of the McDonald's ad. ??? Can someone explain this, has this does this before? I'm hitting the hay... I'm done in.
