It was years ago me and my friend had gone to see the lighting on Republic Day in Mumbai. We had to take a train to get to the venue. The place was crowded and it was past 9 in the night when we planned to get home. We noticed a guy was following us. We felt nervous but hit up on an idea We approached him and asked for help saying that someone was followng us. He came with us shielding us all the way to the Railway Station What a relief that was We thanked him profusely. Hopefully from then on he surely decided to mend his ways

Is the republic day like your national day?Your quick thinking save the day and I think this is the first time he is following people.

We have two days to celebrate - Independence Day on August 15 and Republic Day on January 26 which is the day the Constitution was accepted.

Wow, that was quick thinking on your part! Turning the situation around like that probably threw him off completely. I’m glad it ended safely.. and maybe, like you said, it gave him something to reflect on.
