Peppie watches Billu and his boyfriend

There is a tomcat that has appeared from nowhere. So far Peppie was the only tomcat around and Billu is the only female. Peppie and Billu were just friends and behaved like brother and sister. But this tomcat apparently has come with a purpose and Billu has chosen him Peppie meows loudly and just watches but does not disturb them. I am still learning about cats. How about that?
