How you all doing in your neck of the woods folks? things have been going like they always do slow we got the water heater & hooked it up, but it's a head banger of what to do about what it's doing. The Cold water pipe from the tank gets hot & has HOT water coming out from the COLD pipe of it?? I called the # they have to tell them about it & that was a shocker of what they said to do W T ? They said if it gets Orange just shut it off & call a electrician say WHAT? hell by then it'll be too late, so we've debated the situation & decide to see if just flipping the hose pipes around on it to see if that helps but I'm not sure if it will help. I got the pond set up & the shade cloth tent put on it & it stays a lot cooler than what it was in the front yard cause the trees in the back yard keeps the shade over it till noon. I put 2 jugs of ice in the bog filter to help keep it cool so it don't get too hot by evening time, so it's doing a lot better I'm thinking of putting another filter on it just for more circulation purpose's. I called my Dr last week about my Eliquis (blood thinners) last week& they said I have to see the dr B-4 I can get a refill, then Walmart calls this week & tells me they have it?? I was expecting to pay what I've been paying 350$ for a 90 day supply but I was surprised when I went & got them they cost me 150$ say what?? Yeah I was like WOW that was a shocker. I have a dr's appt the 19th & I'm going to ask my dr if I can be taken off them cause she has me on 2 of them & if I HAVE to be on them then have the 1 that don't cost me boosted up or put me on something else. My neighbor happen to end up with a kitten that she said followed her home last week & she didn't want it & as young as it is she just left it outside to wander about so I took it & brought it in the house to keep it safe. It's solid black & a female not real sure if we're going to keep it or not but we WILL get it fixed & let it get a little older B-4 finding a home for it IF we don't want to keep it, So that's where I'm at with all that for the update on what's going on. Husband got some top of the line hearing Aids from the V A a few wks ago, that's going good so far, he has a appt to see the dr the 22nd to see how he's doing with them, so when we go Back to the VA Dr I'm going to go to the pet store & just see what they got in small fish for the stock pond in the cabin. So there's the update on what's been going on in my neck of the woods here, not much but enough that it's kept us busy all week. The heat has been relentless trying to work outside this past week, but I have been taking breaks on & off, I got me 4 BIG bags of soil to put in the front yard where the pond was but not going to do anything till it cools off. I have a good size bag of wild flowers I've had a few yrs that's never been opened wonder if it's still good enough to put them out in a few mons does any 1 know?? + some other seedlings.
