I found this recipe on YouTube and passed it on to the caterer who prepared it and added to the menu that I had ordered for one of my Christmas parties. It was delicious specially if one likes a bit of spiciness Eggs are versatile and there is no limit wha tyou can do with them. This got added to my collection egg recipes
