Life can get pretty hectic, and it's a challenge to squeeze in a workout between work, family, and everything else. So, how do you guys manage to stay fit with a busy schedule? For me, I try to get my workout done in the morning, helps me start the day with more energy. Plus, I like that I don’t have to worry about finding time later on when the day gets busy.

I don't do exercises on purpose. I will do it naturally. Such as I can go to work on foot or ride a bike. After dinner, my husband and I will have a walk outside.

I like your natural way of adding exercise. And walking after dinner is a nice routine.

Walking is a classic for a reason, so effective. A treadmill bike is a nice addition too.

Right now, walking is my main form of exercise. I walk in the mornings, and since I spend long hours sitting in front of the computer, I make it a point to get up every 30–40 minutes to walk and stretch for at least 5 minutes before sitting back down. I also take a 15–20 minute break every two hours. It may be simple, but it’s definitely better than not moving at all.

Walking and Pranayama, that's a nice combination for both physical movement and mental well-being.

I am retired so I go for two half hour walk every day. Even when I worked I found time to go for a walk and get exercise.

I buy frogs and keep them in a aquarium. I feed them mealworms. Once a month, I leave the top off the aquarium overnight. I give myself five days to catch the frogs. If they make it to day 6, I let them go. Otherwise, they go back in the aquarium. I buy some every month or two to replace the successful frogs and a couple of times a year, I'll replace them all. It's good exercise. Hand, eye coordination, reflexes, reaching, stretching, bending... I actually use the treadmill but the frog story sounded better.

That frog story was entertaining. The treadmill is definitely a good workout.

I do a lot of walking and I am always ‘ on the go ‘. I don’t go to a gym or classes.

It is just being motivated to do it. Consistency is key.

Yes, motivation gets you started, but consistency is what keeps you going. It's often the hardest part, but the most rewarding.

In my opinion, we just need to be good at managing our time and forget about things that are unnecessary.
