Life can get pretty hectic, and it's a challenge to squeeze in a workout between work, family, and everything else. So, how do you guys manage to stay fit with a busy schedule?
For me, I try to get my workout done in the morning, helps me start the day with more energy. Plus, I like that I don’t have to worry about finding time later on when the day gets busy.

Right now, walking is my main form of exercise. I walk in the mornings, and since I spend long hours sitting in front of the computer, I make it a point to get up every 30–40 minutes to walk and stretch for at least 5 minutes before sitting back down. I also take a 15–20 minute break every two hours. It may be simple, but it’s definitely better than not moving at all.

I buy frogs and keep them in a aquarium.
I feed them mealworms. Once a month, I leave the top off the aquarium overnight. I give myself five days to catch the frogs. If they make it to day 6, I let them go. Otherwise, they go back in the aquarium. I buy some every month or two to replace the successful frogs and a couple of times a year, I'll replace them all.
It's good exercise. Hand, eye coordination, reflexes, reaching, stretching, bending...
I actually use the treadmill but the frog story sounded better.

I do a lot of walking and I am always ‘ on the go ‘. I don’t go to a gym or classes.

In my opinion, we just need to be good at managing our time and forget about things that are unnecessary.
